Difference between Woven and knit fabric:
The basic difference between woven and knit fabrics is in the yarn or thread that composes them. A knit fabric is made up of a single yarn, looped continuously to produce a braided look.

Woven fabrics are quite easy to work with because they don’t stretch much. Having a high count fabric, with more threads, means that the fabric will be more durable.
