Textile Quality Department flow chart
Quality is determined by the product users, clients or customers, not by society in general. It is not the same as ‘expensive’ or ‘high quality’. Low priced products can be considered as having high quality if the product users determine them as such.
1. Check the batch information and compare with the fabrics information’s.
2. Match the shade with the bulk production fabrics.
3. Check running shade among the roll or roll to roll as per guide line.
4. Check the GSM, DIA and hand feel.(as guide line).
5. Check the shrinkage (as guide line).
6. Check the any marks like sinker, needle, DIA, crease mark etc.
7. Check other faults.
8. Make report, Discussed with the respective persons to take actions.
9. Make grading as guide line.
10. Delivery the okay goods to the Stores.
11. Reject goods send to MIS store.
12. Follow up.
All quality inspectors should check dia , hand feel, and roll to roll shade variation. Also before check any fabrics check batch card information and roll marking which must be same. this is very important for a quality inspectors .
